Why we exist / the availability gap
Price comparison exists. Proof of availability didn't.
PartsRate was built by insurance and motor repair executives who saw the same gap across the industry.
Insurers and assessors can’t tell whether a part was actually available when it was quoted. So they end up paying for extra hire-car days, handling unhappy customers, or paying more than they should.
PartsRate closes that gap with proof the part was available, on the day it was quoted.
